Kelsie Osenbach lives in the Utica, NY area.  She moved to New York in April of 2019.  Before living in New York, she lived in State College, PA.  She was homeschooled throughout middle school and high school.  Graduating from Excelsior College in 2017, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Humanities degree with a music concentration.  She has been playing clarinet for thirteen years.  During that time, she received many honors, including being the principle clarinetist for Samford University's Symphonic Band at age sixteen.  She participated in the Penn State Symphonic Band for two years, and she was the co-principle clarinetist in the State College Area Municipal Band for 5 years.

Kelsie founded Joyful Noise Clarinet Studio in 2012 when she started teaching private clarinet lessons.  She has been teaching ever since.  She has a heart and passion for music and teaching children.   It is her goal as a clarinet teacher for her students to learn the joys of playing the clarinet.  The development of artistic and expressive performance skills and a healthy technique are essential to accomplish this.  She values the stylistic techniques required to play different genres and teaches her students the history that better helps one understand the music.  Kelsie desires for her students to be enthusiastic about music and the clarinet.  She is passionate about helping her students reach their potential so they can impact the world.
